Managed Ventures LLC d/b/a mVara ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website and publishes the Geniuz software.

What We Collect

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not create user accounts on this site. If you contact us, we collect only the information you provide (name, email, message).

Geniuz Software Data

Geniuz runs locally on your machine. Your memories never leave the device or infrastructure where you install Geniuz. mVara does not host your data, does not have access to your memories, and does not receive telemetry from your Geniuz installation.

  • Your data is yours. All memories stored by Geniuz remain your property and stay on your machine.
  • No training: We have no access to your content and do not use it to train any AI models.
  • No selling: We have no data to sell. Your memories never reach us.
  • Export and deletion: Your data is on your filesystem. Export and deletion are local operations under your control.

Geniuz Free is open source under the MIT license. Geniuz Team and Geniuz Enterprise are commercial licenses; data handling for licensees is governed by the terms of their license agreement, but in all cases the software runs in the customer's infrastructure, not ours.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not track visitors to this website.
  • We do not use cookies.
  • We do not sell data.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing legal@managedv.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use standard security practices to protect any information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
