Managed Ventures LLC d/b/a mVara ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website and the RELAY platform.

What We Collect

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not create user accounts on this site. If you contact us, we collect only the information you provide (name, email, message).

RELAY Platform Data

RELAY is a commercial product licensed under a separate agreement. If you are a RELAY licensee:

  • Your data is yours. All content stored in RELAY stations remains your property.
  • No training: We do not use your content to train any AI models.
  • No selling: We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • Export and deletion: You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.

Data handling for RELAY licensees is governed by the terms of your RELAY Software License Agreement.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not track visitors to this website.
  • We do not use cookies.
  • We do not sell data.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing legal@managedv.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use standard security practices to protect any information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
