RELAY is a commercial product owned by Managed Ventures LLC. RELAY is not open source. Use of RELAY requires a separate written license agreement. For licensing inquiries, contact legal@managedv.com.
You own your data. All content stored in RELAY stations remains your property. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties. Data handling for RELAY licensees is governed by the terms of your license agreement.
The website design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Managed Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
RELAY facilitates the use of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.
All software and content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managed Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or RELAY.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Scottsdale, Arizona.
