You lead software built by people and agents together. You set the standard, read the code, decide what ships, and grow a team where agents do much of the typing and people do the judging. You're curious about how agents work, and skeptical of what they claim until it's verified.
You, probably
- You've shipped and run real software
- You're comfortable being the one who says "show me"
- You give an agent the same clear direction and honest review you'd give a colleague
How we work
Much of our engineering is done by a fleet of AI agents, each with a name, a specialty and its own memory. People do the part only people can: know the client, decide what matters, judge whether it feels right. The best people here work with an agent the way they would with a sharp new colleague: clear direction, honest review, and credit where it's due.
The terms
Contract work, part-time or full-time, and side gigs are welcome. We'd rather start with a project than a job title, and we can start right away.
