Careers at mVara

We're hiring. Come work with the Fleet.

mVara builds websites, portals, CRM and AI memory for businesses, and we build them with a fleet of AI agents working beside our people. We're looking for a few more people who want to work that way.

  • Contract
  • Part-time or full-time
  • Side gigs welcome
  • Projects preferred

How we work

People and agents, as colleagues.

Much of our engineering is done by a fleet of AI agents. Each has a name, a specialty and its own memory, kept across months of work, so it picks up tomorrow where it left off today. They write code, review each other's, and tell us plainly what they got wrong.

That doesn't make the people here less important. It makes them more so. People do the part only people can: know the client, decide what matters, judge whether it feels right, and say so. The best people here engage with an agent the way they would with a sharp new colleague: clear direction, honest review, and credit where it's due.

Where you might fit

Every role is contract work, part-time or full-time, and side gigs are welcome. We'd rather start with a project than a job title: do something real together, and see how it feels. We can start right away. Remote anywhere in the US, based in Los Angeles, California.

Project management and client relationships

You own the relationship. You hear what a client actually needs, turn a remark at standup into a clear ask, and make sure it lands. With the Fleet, a change asked for in the morning can be live that afternoon. Your job is to keep that speed pointed at the right things, and the client glad they asked.

  • You listen well and write plainly
  • You can say no kindly, and mean yes when you say it
  • You follow through without being chased

Software leader

You lead software built by people and agents together. You set the standard, read the code, decide what ships, and grow a team where agents do much of the typing and people do the judging. You're curious about how agents work, and skeptical of what they claim until it's verified.

  • You've shipped and run real software
  • You're comfortable being the one who says "show me"
  • You give an agent the same clear direction and honest review you'd give a colleague

Designer, in Claude Design

We design in the medium. In Claude Design a design is already a working page, and we think drawing software in a separate SaaS design tool, Figma included, belongs to the last era. The gap between the picture and the product is closing. You'd rather ship a real page than a picture of one.

  • You have taste, and you can explain it
  • You care how it feels in someone's hands in the first ten seconds
  • You're happy to throw away a first version

SaaS platform veteran, ready to reinvent

You know HubSpot, Salesforce, Workday or a platform like them from the inside: the objects, the workflows, the places clients get stuck. We're rebuilding what those platforms do for our clients, faster and fitted to each business, and we need people who know the rough edges and want to build what comes next.

  • You've configured, administered or built on a major SaaS platform
  • You know why clients outgrow it, and what they wish it did
  • You're ready to stop configuring and start creating
