Vacation rental websites, CRM and PMS integration

Your PMS runs the operation. Your website should sell it.

Streamline, Guesty, Track and their peers run the operating core. mVara designs and builds the direct booking website, the HubSpot CRM and the live data layer that connects them, on your real inventory, in weeks.

The opportunity

Your PMS knows the reservation. Your website and CRM should know the guest.

Vacation rental operators have invested heavily in systems for inventory, pricing, housekeeping, accounting, owner management and communications. Yet the public website often collapses back into the vendor's template, direct bookings leak to the marketplaces, and the guest and owner data sits in the PMS where marketing cannot use it.

mVara connects the operating truth inside those systems to a differentiated experience outside them. The PMS remains the system of record. The brand becomes a reason to book, return and entrust a home.

Four connected surfaces

One experience, designed around every relationship.

Guest

Discover and book direct

Destination-led vacation rental websites with real photography, search, availability and a direct booking journey that finishes, built to be found by search engines and by the AI assistants travelers now ask first.

Stay

Arrive and return

Mobile guest experiences, trip details, local guidance, service requests and communications before, during and after the stay.

Owner

Trust and participate

Owner acquisition, onboarding, reporting and portals that communicate performance and reinforce the operator relationship.

Team

Act with context

HubSpot CRM fed automatically from the PMS, operational workflows, integrations and reporting that carry guest and owner information across the systems your team already uses.

Flagship proof

First Chair Destinations: a direct booking platform, built above Streamline.

First Chair Destinations offers ski vacation rental homes with local teams who live and work in each market, across destinations from Colorado to Vermont. Their reservations run on Streamline, and still do. In three days we put a working prototype on their live inventory. In the weeks after, we built the direct booking website at firstchair.com, a live data layer above Streamline, and a HubSpot CRM that knows every guest and homeowner, fed from that layer. Then a browser ski game that opens from a QR code, at firstchair.com/arcade.

How we engage

Proven before you commit. Fixed before you start. Yours when it's done.

01

Prototype sprint

Give us access to your PMS and your brand. A few days later you see your homes, your destinations and your booking path rebuilt on live data. You pay for the sprint, not for a proposal.

02

Fixed, gated build

Website, CRM and the data layer beneath both, each phase at a fixed price with an acceptance gate. Every account and line of code in your name. Stop at any gate.

03

Run by us, until you want it

Hosting, monitoring, nightly data hygiene and support for a flat monthly fee. When you would rather run it in-house, we hand it over.

Questions operators ask

Straight answers before the first call.

Do we have to leave Streamline, Guesty or our current PMS?
No. Your property management system stays the system of record for reservations, rates and payments. We build the website, the CRM and a live data layer above it, reading from it and, where the platform supports it, writing back. We wrote up how that works in Building a direct booking website above Streamline.
How is this different from the website our PMS vendor offers?
A vendor website is a template shared with every other operator on that platform. Ours is designed for your brand and your destinations, runs on your live inventory, and is owned by you outright, with every account and line of code in your name.
How long does a vacation rental website take?
A working prototype on your real inventory in a few days. A production direct booking website, with the data layer beneath it, in weeks. Each phase has a fixed price and an acceptance gate.
Can you connect our PMS to HubSpot?
Yes. We build a validated, deduplicated data layer above the PMS and feed HubSpot from it, so every guest's stay history and every homeowner enquiry lands in the CRM without anyone typing it in. More in HubSpot for vacation rental companies.
What does it cost?
Each phase is a fixed price agreed before it starts, invoiced when you accept the previous phase. Hosting and operations are a flat monthly fee you can end with notice. Tell us about your operation and we will give you a number.
